The TCR Advanced Pro 2 is built around Giant’s Advanced-Grade Composite frame, designed to maximise stiffness while keeping weight low. The compact race geometry places you in an efficient position for climbing and sprinting, while maintaining composure on fast descents and technical sections.
A key part of the bike’s performance is its system integration. The OverDrive Aero steerer works with the Contact SL AeroLight stem and Contact SL handlebar to route cables cleanly through the cockpit. The result is a tidy, aerodynamic front end that’s easy to adjust and built to perform as a unified system rather than a collection of parts.
Refined aero tube shaping reduces drag across a wide range of wind angles, helping you maintain speed on exposed roads and during high-paced efforts. Up front, the Advanced SL-Grade Composite fork increases torsional stiffness for precise steering feedback and confident cornering.
Shimano 105 12-speed delivers smooth, reliable shifting with a 52/36 chainset and 11–34 cassette, giving you the range to spin comfortably on steep climbs and push on faster terrain. This model also features Giant’s Power Pro power meter integrated into the chainset, so you can train with accurate data straight out of the box.
Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm front and 140mm rear rotors provide consistent braking control in all conditions, offering confidence when descending or riding in changeable weather.
The Giant SLR 2 40 carbon WheelSystem pairs 40mm deep rims with Giant Gavia Course 0 28mm tubeless tyres. This setup balances aerodynamic efficiency with grip and comfort, allowing lower tyre pressures for improved traction and reduced rolling resistance.
Finished with a Giant Variant composite seatpost to help smooth road vibration and a Fleet SL saddle, the TCR Advanced Pro 2 is a race-ready road bike that blends lightweight efficiency, aerodynamic gains and integrated technology for riders who want to push their performance further.
