Completely brilliant
Completely brilliant. It was already 5/5 anyway cos I've been a regular customer for a year and a half now and they've been totally reliable. This time they excelled themselves - I needed a specific part that was hard to get, not at all off-the-shelf, they were amazingly patient and helpful, emailed back several times until they established the right part and then posted it within a couple of days. Not wanting to praise one by slagging off others, but most businesses don't even bother to reply about anything involving a bit of effort. These went the extra mile.
